The company covers an area of 38,000 square meters and a building area of 20,000 square meters.

In terms of casting equipment, on the basis of the introduction of two sand boxes with the size of 605×505×200mm, 120 models per hour and an annual output of 7000 tons of Japanese FBOⅢ automatic shooting pressure box molding line, a sand box with the size of 1000×800×350/300mm with an annual output of 30000 tons of castings has been newly installed with the international advanced level. We produce a static pressure automatic molding production line of type 90 per hour, which broadens the production range of products.

In order to ensure the production of high quality molten iron, we have purchased 6 sets of advanced series and parallel 12-pulse control electric furnaces of 3 tons and 1.5 tons respectively, which effectively improve the smelting level and meet the requirements of producing high grade cast iron or special materials.
