In the process of casting production, the input of material and energy is high, the gross weight of casting in China is higher than that in foreign countries, and the production rate of steel casting is lower than that in foreign countries.
(2) Serious environmental pollution and poor operating environment: Except for a few large enterprises in China with excellent production equipment, advanced casting technology and basically in place environmental protection measures, most of the casting factories have outdated production equipment and backward technology, and generally pay little attention to environmental protection issues.
