1、 Furnace equipment
The furnace equipment is the most basic casting equipment, because in the casting process, the metal must be melted into liquid state first, so the furnace equipment is necessary. Cupola is a very important iron melting furnace. It is a vertical cylindrical furnace. It is most commonly used for casting iron parts. The molten metal iron liquid is poured into the sand mold for cooling and pouring. It can be used with the converter to make steel castings. 2、 Shakeout machine
The shakeout machine can separate the casting in the mold from the molding sand. It can be used to break the mold, separate the casting and clean the molding sand after the mold is poured and cooled. The shakeout machine is used in the post-casting treatment process, mainly including sand cleaning, core removal, and removal of residual sand on the surface of the casting. Compared with smelting metal, this process has low production efficiency and requires a large amount of labor. It has always been a weak link in the casting process. Because the shakeout machine on the market has not been ideal improved, its mechanization efficiency and automation can not meet the needs of most foundries.
3、 Plasma cutting machine
As the name implies, plasma cutting machine is used to cut and process castings of various materials. With different gases, it can cut and process castings of different materials, so it is widely used. The plasma cutting speed is fast, even when it is used to cut metal parts with small volume, it can also be completed quickly and accurately, so that the local melting and evaporation of the casting notch can be realized, so as to implement the cutting process.
