Extrusion deformation of precision casting parts may occur during transportation, so we will pay attention to the following three points in the process of precision casting transportation:

1. When loading the pipe fittings, pay attention to placing the thin-walled pipe fittings above the middle (not on both sides). If it is placed on both sides or below, the precision casting parts are prone to extrusion deformation;

2. In order to ensure no deformation during loading and unloading of pipe fittings, manual loading and unloading is used, because it is easy to cause deformation of pipe fittings due to the thin sling during hoisting;

3. Handle pipe fittings gently when they are put in and out of storage. It is very easy to cause deformation of precision casting when they are put in and out of storage violently.
